In 2013 we started from 2 people wanting to give a better cleaning service to customers who felt they were not getting what they were paying for. We made a promise to ourselves and our customers that we will continue to provide the best possible cleaning service we could.-We Hire, Train and Manage our own cleaners, no outsourcing.-We only use commercial grade cleaning products, products that we have tested and know can deliver superior cleaning.-The best machinery on the market for our carpet cleaning customers, thats why we have chosen Prochem a leader in carpet cleaning machines and cleaning products.2014-2015 saw us invest more than £30,000 in cleaning products, van, training, uniforms and new staff. We have hired 2 more people.2015-2016 We moved into a new office and have updated our cleaner training program. All cleaners have to work a minimum of 3 months for us before being considered for Regular cleaning work in customers houses. This way we get to know the strengths and weaknesses of each cleaner and how they can best help us and we can help them. We have hired 2 more cleaners.2016-2017 We have planned to invest another £30,000+ on buying 2 new vans, employing more staff, new carpet machines and trying new cleaning products to deliver better cleaning for you our customers.
This year will see us expand to Hertford as part of our regular cleaning service which up until now we haven't had the opportunity to offer.We would like to say a big thank you to everyone that has trusted us in providing the cleaning for you.We would like to hear from you, either good or bad please let us know about your experience with us.
